MODERN BAR STOOLS

The solid wood construction isn’t just about aesthetics; it ensures generations of use while developing a cherished patina that tells the story of your home. Whether positioned at a kitchen island or home bar, these stools demonstrate how thoughtful material selection and precise craftsmanship can elevate everyday seating into architectural statements that define modern living spaces

Modern Bar  Stools: Handcrafted Elegance

Crafted from carefully selected solid American walnut or white oak, our bar stools embody the perfect fusion of natural beauty and modernist design principles. Each piece showcases the wood’s distinctive grain patterns—choose from the rich, deep tones of American walnut that create a sophisticated presence, or the characterful, enduring appeal of white oak that brightens contemporary spaces.

The metalwork in our collection demonstrates the artistry of both cast and handforged techniques. Whether it’s the subtle gleam of brushed brass footrests or the architectural presence of bronze supports, each metal element is crafted to develop a living patina that grows more beautiful with time. These details don’t just serve as accents—they’re integral to each stool’s structural integrity and design language.

These pieces are more than just seating—they’re a celebration of materiality and craftsmanship that transforms everyday moments into experiences of elegant functionality. Whether lined up at a kitchen island or gathering around a home bar, these stools create an atmosphere of sophisticated comfort that defines modern living.

Bar Stools FAQ

What’s the difference between bar stools and counter stools?

The main difference is height. Counter stools are typically 24–26″ seat height and fit 35–37″ high counters. Bar stools are taller, around 28–30″ seat height for bars 40–42″ high. Always measure your space for the perfect fit.

Allow about 10–12″ between the top of the seat and the underside of your counter or bar. For example:

  • Counter height (35–37″ counter): stool seat height 24–26″

  • Bar height (40–42″ counter): stool seat height 28–30″
